These terms govern your use of the FitCoach mobile app and the fitcoachhq.org website. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@fitcoachhq.org.

The service

FitCoach is a training platform: athletes log workouts, nutrition, and progress; coaches build plans and review their athletes' sessions. During the current beta all features are provided free of charge; paid features may be introduced later with clear notice.

Not medical advice

FitCoach is not a medical service. Training plans, coach comments, and any content in the app are not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a training program, and train within your abilities. You are responsible for your own health during training.

Coaches and athletes

FitCoach connects coaches and athletes but is not a party to their relationship. We do not verify coaching certifications beyond what coaches present in their profiles, and we are not responsible for the quality or outcomes of coaching provided through the platform.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person, one account.

Your content

Everything you upload — training data, photos, videos, comments — stays yours. You grant us the technical license needed to store and display it to you and to people you've connected with (your coach or your athletes). Don't upload content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is abusive; we may remove such content and suspend accounts that post it.

Acceptable use

No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service; no using it to harass others; no impersonation.

Termination

You can delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", during an active beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data caused by circumstances outside our control, or outcomes of training decisions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves (for example, when payments launch). Material changes will be announced in-app with reasonable notice.
