Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. One action removes the account and personal data. No email or waiting period required.
How do I disconnect from my coach?
Coach tab → menu → Disconnect. Your coach keeps only the history of sessions they coached; everything else becomes private again.
Apple Health isn't syncing
Check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → FitCoach and make sure Steps and Active Energy are allowed. Then reopen the app — data for today and yesterday syncs automatically.
